Ingredients:
- 50ml Aberfeldy 12 Year Old
- 5ml Heather Honey Syrup*
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- Orange zest garnish
Method:
- Add heather honey syrup, bitters, and half the whisky to a glass.
- Add cubed ice and stir.
- Slowly add remaining whisky and more ice, continue stirring.
- Twist an orange zest over the drink to express oils and garnish.
Heather Honey Syrup: Mix 50:50 heather honey and hot water, stir, chill, and bottle for use.
