The primary ingredients of Saskatoon Berry Pie include Saskatoon berries, pie crust, sugar, flour, butter and lemon zest/juice. With this great balance of sweet and tart, it’s a natural favourite to become the next great sipping treat!

Butter Tart Liquor | 375ml | 17% ABV

A true Canadian Classic. With recipes dating back to the early 1900s, butter tarts were common in Canadian cooking. The earliest published recipe for a butter tart is from Barrie, Ontario in the Women’s Auxiliary of the Royal Victoria Hospital Cookbook.

With the perfect balance of sweet and creamy with a lingering flavour of fresh butter and pecans, you’ll think that this was made by grandma. Serve this delicious spirit in an Old Fashioned, add to your butter tart pastry recipe, or enjoy as a sipper.

Blueberry Grunt Liquor | 375ml | 17% ABV

Inspired by the traditional recipe of Atlantic Canada, the Blueberry Grunt is a delicious and unique dessert made with tea biscuit dumplings cooked in wild blueberries and often with a splash of lemon. Serve with ice cream or whip cream.

The name is said to come from the “grunting” sound the blueberries make while being cooked. This joyful and tasty Maritime treat can now be sipped as a perfect addition to lemonade, tea, baked goods, or on its own.

Cream Puff Liquor | 375ml | 17% ABV

Inspired from the flavours of a small bakery in Northern Ontario: La Boulangerie. They are widely known for rich, unique, and decadent Cream Puffs. In celebration for the KAP100 centennial celebrations, Top Shelf Distillers and the Town of Kapuskasing have collaborated on this sweet treat to honour the event. Try adding to your coffee, cappuccino, or pour over ice cream.

Neighbouring Perth, Smith Falls ON was home to the Hershey Factory for 46 years employing many of its residents. In 1965, Hershey added the famous Peanut Butter Cup to it’s production line. In honour of our neighbours making this treat for decades and the Canadian origins of the first Peanut Paste patented in 1884, we wanted to bring this delicious treat to you!
