High West The Noble Share Whiskey

High West The Noble Share is a limited-edition blend of straight rye whiskeys, aged between 4 to 10 years, and finished in Marqués de Casa Noble Añejo tequila barrels for six months. A portion of the blend also undergoes a brief finishing in Brazilian Amburana barrels, adding layers of complexity. This collaboration between High West Distillery and Casa Noble Tequila marries the bold, spice-forward character of rye with the refined elegance of tequila barrel finishing, resulting in a richly textured and harmonious expression.

• ABV: 52% (104 Proof)

• Mash Bill:

  • High West Distillery Rye: 80% rye, 20% malted rye

  • MGP Rye (4–10 years old): 95% rye, 5% malted barley

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Ripe mango, ruby grapefruit, spiced apple cider, piloncillo sugar, anise, allspice berries, mesquite wood, and a hint reminiscent of a sunset walk through an agave field.

• Palate: Baked pear, charred peaches, ginger molasses cookie, freshly fried churro, orange blossom, cinnamon bark, black licorice, oak, and leather.

• Finish: Pink peppercorns and dark agave honey drizzled over a warm sopapilla.
