Description: El Mayor Blanco Tequila is an un-aged tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is produced at the Destiladora González Lux distillery (NOM 1604), where the González family has been perfecting tequila-making for over four generations. The brand emphasizes traditional methods combined with modern techniques under the supervision of their Master Distiller. El Mayor Blanco aims to showcase the purest expression of the agave’s natural flavors without the influence of barrel aging.

Tasting Notes:

• Color: Clear and bright, often described as crystalline.
• Nose: Clean with floral and spice undertones. Some detect white pepper, honeysuckle, and subtle hints of cooked agave and citrus.
