Don’t let the color fool you – this 5+ year old straight rye whiskey is packed with character. Orange and honey on the nose, which then carries over to the palate, eventually giving way to typical spice, with notes of ginger, cinnamon, and birch. The finish is quite long, with date & dried apricot flavors lingering. Each batch is hand proofed down based on what the barrel tells us so ABV may vary slightly.
