Cap & Cane Coffee Rum is a balanced blend of fancy grade molasses and evaporated cane juice, gently double batch distilled in our two copper pot stills, then married with local cold brew coffee, Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans, cocoa nibs, a touch of Carolina Reaper pepper and sweetened with Turbinado sugar. A lusciously, aromatic coffee rum perfect for an espresso martini or served over ice with a touch of cream.
