Hand-harvested in late summer, the wine is pressed gently and fermented slowly with wild yeast in stainless steel at cool temperatures to preserve its delicate fruit purity.

Expect a bright salmon hue with light ruby reflections. Crisp floral notes (think white flowers and cherry blossoms) meld into vibrant red fruit aromas—fresh strawberries, cherries, and hints of herbs.
