Don Pilar Tequila Blanco is an unaged, premium tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave cultivated in the Highlands (Los Altos) of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is harvested at peak maturity from Don Pilar’s private ranches near San José de Gracia. Utilizing the unique “Mozart Method,” the fermentation process is accompanied by Baroque music, enhancing yeast activity and contributing to the tequila’s refined character. Double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills, this tequila captures the pure essence of agave.
