Cotton & Reed Mango Rum Spirit

We use a whole lot of mangos to ensure this rum tastes like, well, mango! We macerate our unaged rum on a startling amount of the best dried mango we can get our hands on for a few days. We add a bit more rum, filter it, and add a touch of sugar. Bottled at 40% Alc. / Vol.

It has mango’s acidity, an undeniable mango flavor, and a pretty cute label featuring a Department of Agriculture illustration of a mango from about 100 years ago.
If you don’t enjoy this one, we regret to inform you that you are wrong. Sip it solo, throw a bit of Topo Chico or your favorite mineral water on it, or shake it into the most absurdly fun Daiquiri you’ve had in a long time.
