Cap & Cane Chai Spiced Rum is a balanced blend of fancy grade molasses and evaporated cane juice, gently double distilled in two copper pot stills to create our yummy white rum. Our white rum is blended with a proprietary Chai Tea blend, rested on Amburana oak and lightly sweetened with Turbinado sugar. Try this in a spiced Dark & Stormy or shaken with Pineapple juice over ice.
