Braswell’s Fig Jam

In 1946 we started our family business with this recipe which continues to be our best seller. Our carefully selected figs from the Central Valley are combined with pure cane sugar and gently cooked until they acquire a honey-like texture which is highlighted with chunks of tender figs. Use Braswell’s Fig Preserve on cheese trays, in baked goods, or as a spread for a warm biscuit.
