• Teremana Blanco:

  • Tasting Notes:
    • Nose: Clean agave notes lead, followed by hints of citrus peel and fresh grass. Light vanilla and pepper undertones emerge with a subtle earthy minerality.

    • Palate: Smooth entry with crisp agave flavors. Lemon zest and green apple provide brightness. Mild black pepper spice builds, balanced by a touch of sweet vanilla.

    • Finish: Clean, with a slight oiliness that coats the mouth. The pepper spice lingers pleasantly, with a last wave of agave sweetness.

  • Best Enjoyed: Neat, on the rocks, or in classic cocktails like margaritas and palomas.

• Teremana Reposado:

  • Tasting Notes:
    • Nose: Sweet baking bread, bright lime and sweetness. Agave is very present here, with only a hint of ethanol behind.
    • Palate: Thin to medium mouth feel. Faint ethanol, but it’s meek and well behaved. Some minerality, sweet agave melon, pepper and breadiness. Heat grows a bit, with some faint must, with time.

    • Finish: Short, a bit of heat. Some plasticity, faintly chemical. Sweet roasted agave, rising bread, potato rolls, a hint of pepper and salinity.

  • Best Enjoyed: Neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails like the Old Fashioned or a Tequila Sour.

• Teremana Añejo:

  • Tasting Notes:
    • Nose: From the first nosing, the hand-crafted nature of this tequila is obvious. You’ll be met with earthy, vegetal aromas of cooked agave and subtle hints of cracked black pepper.

    • Palate: You’ll be surprised at the mellow nature of this first sip. From there, subtle hints of lime peel and sweet vanilla bean come to play.

    • Finish: Long, warming, clean, and ends with more tangy citrus zest.
  • Best Enjoyed: Neat or on the rocks to fully appreciate the complexity.
