This cocktail combines the classic flavours of a Piña Colada with a cosy hint of cinnamon, creating a delightfully tropical-inspired festive cocktail that’s sure to transport you to winter sunshine in the comfort of your own home.
ABV: 14% vol
Ingredients: Merser White Rum, Pineapple, Lime, Cinnamon Syrup
Serving suggestion: Simply pour into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake it up. Then, strain into a highball or hurricane glass over crushed ice and garnish with a pineapple leaf and a dusting of cinnamon powder.
