Opal Absinthe is a Texas-made white absinthe in the spirit of the French “blanche” or Swiss “bleue” style. Louched with cold water, the crystal-clear liquid transforms into a milky iridescence reminiscent of an opal jewel, opening a bouquet of soft, woody alpine herbs with a gentle white pepper spice and hint of baby powder and bubble gum.
